Just wanted to get an idea if anyone has put one of these trampolines together, how long it took, and if one person can do it, or is help required?

This is the one in question.

I'll be doing it Christmas eve. A guy I spoke to said it took him & another guy 2 hours, and that the other guy had done it before. A second time he was involved the guy who delivered it installed it, and it took 45 minutes.

But it's always that first time that's a killer. I am giving myself a few hours.

It was easy to put together, but not easy on your own. It worked like this:

The base - dead easy, clips together in 10 mins
The mattress - easy, but use the tool they give you to pop in the springs, and follow the pattern they suggest in putting the springs on
The safety-net - better with 2 people. Someone holds the pole upright, while the other puts the little bolt on. It's a small & fidgety bolt. If you can, get a ratchet set & you'll save yourself half an hour.
The ladder - found it a bit weird to put together, make sure the step brackets are wedged in tight to avoid them sliding down.

It took around 2 hours for the 13 foot.

I bought a 3x5 metre tarpaulin which I'm going to hang above the tramp. I'm also planning to put some timber blocks under the legs, so that I can level it properly and prevent the legs sitting in wet mud. I also plan to put stakes in the ground to prevent the tramp getting blown away in the wind.
