    Guys/Ladies,
    Need some help with sequence of steps, is the below correct?

    1. Facia/soffit/guttering/barge board
    2. Windows and doors
    3. External plastering
    4. Electric first fix
    5. Plumbing first fix
    6. Floor & perimeter insulation
    7. UFH pipes
    8. Screeding
    9. First fix joinery
    10. Drylining & plasterboard
    11. Plastering - internal

    Also is there anything I am leaving out?
