heres my story, my girlfriend is amazing caring and the best looking girl i have gone out with ever,

however i have a number of issues,
1. at the start we were both in a relationship with others and messed each other around, i was even sleeping with a married girl i work with
2. i have a high heel fetish which she accomadates but not as much as previous girlfriends
3. the trust is badly broken and i am a seriously insecure person
4. i am suffering from erection problems, sex would be great for a while id lose it then and become paranoid and not want to have sex,
5, and the biggest problem is i am a terrible drunk, just the other night we were out i thought she was chatting someone up and flipped, abused her to a height and drove home drunk,

i really want to make this work and would give up drink or anything else to sort this, i dunno if we will stay together after the other night but i do love her and for the first time in my life im being totally honest and faithfull to a girl,

whats the soloution, am i just a lost cause or can we make this work

You need to seek help for your drink problem. This may also be contributing to your other physical and mental issues and to be honest needs to be resolved whether our not this relationship lasts

re the drink problem, it effects me bad but it doesnt cost me a thought not to drink, my dad is an alcoholic and id have no problem not drinking cause im terrified of becoming one, id rather not drink on nights out but i know she hates being drunk when im sober
