Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

As i know a lot of us reserves want to go into the job full time (90% of my intake)and i was wondering what courses, volunteer work, sporting roles, community roles etc. people have done/are thinking of doing in order to separate them as good candidates for the full time force (if that's the goal)... Asking this as I know a massive amount of people will go for the job when recruitment comes around again. Or if anybody knows as to what skills etc. they are looking for in particular or what ye think would especially make you stand out?!
