Hi guys,

I have an interview for a low grade nursing management job this Wednesday, would really love to get job because i think id make a difference for the people i currently look after.

Has anyone got any tips for it?

I am guessing, given the current difficulties with HSE overspending that I will be asked questions re making the residential service more cost efficient and any savings i could see???

Any ideas?
