    I'm happy he's gone, but why bother with 3 games left, especially when he could have been got rid when the Fins went 0-7.

    Tony seemed like a good guy by all accounts, but just didn't have what it takes to be a successful NFL Head Coach.

    Also, I'm baffled that Jeff Ireland was kept, especially when you consider Carl Peterson was made VP of Football Op's, basically replacing Parcells and having final say on draft picks/free agents. Why bother keeping a guy that was brought in by Parcell's when your going to have someone look over his shoulder. Strange situation.
