Stone House Leaking Water

We have a 100+ year old natural stone house (no plaster) that is leaking water. We are certain it isn't coming in from the roof but from the stone / mortar.

The water is appearing on the inside top of the some of the windows but it could be getting into the stonework from anywhere on the outside and channelling to the window.

We think the stone work needs re-pointing?!?!

We live in Laois - could anyone recommend a course of action we could take/contact to assess?

    Thanks
    Darren

PS - When we moved into the house first we changed the old windows as they were leaking badly and we thought this was the problem. With the new windows the leaking has subsided substantially, so even though the old windows were part of the problem initially there is still a problem with the outside wall.

any pictures of the existing pointing: the walls need to breath as being 100 + there is no damp proof course so the pointing needs to be breathable: lime based I believe but not my forte
