I installed CCSM in the newest Xubuntu and when I tick on a box to enable something, for example, Wobbly Window, Nothing happens after I check the box?

Do I have to enable my graphics card? I'd think the Integrated Graphics in a second gen i5 should do the trick no?

Anyway I must be missing something, any ideas?

when I tried ubuntu first with IGP there was no 3D supported. On investigation it seemed the driver loaded did not support the 3d.

I blacklisted the non-intel drivers. I created a conf file in /etc/modprobe.d and added
    blacklist fbdev
    blacklist vesa

now when I boot ubuntu the intel drivers are loaded and the integrated graphics provides plenty of power to run unity 3D and/or compiz.

So should I do the same? Why wouldn't the intel drivers be loaded first anyway? I'm pretty new and I wouldn't know where to start for this.
