Terrible head coach, I'm not one bit surprised. But yes, Haley is done in Kansas.

Romeo Crennel to take over on a temporary basis. Josh McDaniels has already been linked to the vacancy.

He's a lunatic, is way too angry and doesn't connect with the players. Should have been fired ages ago.

McDaniels will get it and he will turn it into Denver part 2. He isn't head coach material.

He is the worst head coach in the NFL right now. He was before Haley got sacked also.

That team in the division they're in should have coasted to the play offs the past 4 years. Instead they consistently struggle.

The Chargers aint going to be in the playoffs. Norv is gone, as there no one to take over in the back room staff at the Chargers so no point sacking him now

Still Haley is a fantastic WR coach imo. Josh McDaniels at Kanas, the 31 other teams are licking their lips as no doubt he will trade anybody worth a damn for sweet **** all.

If Denver and Oakland lose out. Don't bet the house or anything.

Not surprised he lost the job, he was told before the Indy match his job was on the line i believe, only they reeled off a win streak. Delayed the inevitable. Might hurt them too, Crennel not being able to focus on the defence might hurt it, he's done a great job there. Don't rule him out for the job either.

Though if we win one of our last three, they cant get in(we hold the tiebreaker on them iirc). Funny, that's not the first time i've said that in recent years...:(

Yea just checked there. You hold the tiebreaker so guys have to lose all remaining 3.

Sign of the times that the Eagles are so bad, losing to them costs you your job :pac:

Am i the only one that thinks this was and is premature on Norv Turner ...his main problem was Philip Rivers who has started to be Philip Rivers again .....AJ Smith is also a jackass...he has drafted badly ...and handled the Vincent Jackson issue very well or McNeill when he was unhappy ...id like to see Scott McCloghan who was GM at the 49ers and drafted very well and is in the frame for the Raiders GM job replacing AJ Smith ...it looks like Norv survives ...he also arrived when LT was losing a step

if the Chargers continue to play well they are one of the hottest teams at the mo and are blowing other teams out

Norv is useless, that team was superbowl standard in 08 and he managed 8-8 and barely. Rivers, LT, Gates, VJ, Floyd, Sproles, Phillips, Merriman, Jamal Williams...all of them still playing at a high level. The only year they really looked like they were living up to their potential was in 09 and they went one and done. There's a reason Norv is still below .500 in wins.

They may be hot right now, but its not going to matter a damn if us or oakland win one more game.
