Hi guys so ive started making the odlums quick christmas pudding.

    http://www.odlums.ie/index.php?page=quick-christmas-pudding

So i have everything mixed together but the mix is very wet from all the guinness. the recipe stats to leave overnight do yee think the fruit will soak up all the excess liquid or is there too much guinness in the recipe.
Id really appriciate any advice/help guys :)

I followed a recipe for pudding to the tee & I thought the mixture was very "sloppy" too, but it turned out fine. I left it overnight & cooked it for SIX hours. I thought it would never be done!!
