They always seem to be hiring, is that a good or bad sign?
I sent in a CV anyway, probably won't hear back, but would still love to know if anyone has any experience with them

High turnover is always a bad sign , I reckon they are commission only.

Ah never thought of that. Worked one commission only job before and never will again. Would that apply to all the positions including manager?

you have to stand in shopping centres and get people to sign up to get their kids photos taken. you have targets and its a royal pain in the arse trying to get people to sign up.

i don't think theres commission, i think its just targets. the pay was also sh1te as i recall. i went for a trial and never went back cos it was way out in swords

So if you don't make targets you're history ? Sounds as bad as commission only.

Hi, this is my first post cos i worked with them for a good while, and just incase someone recognises my other user name on this, i am posting as a new one!!!
but yes, i was miserable working there! it is minimum wage, but you do get commission on top of that (if you reach your targets). You've to stand out on the street ALL day and expect to act like one of those oxfam/concern people and harass everyone! the turnover is huge! and for the amount of work you have to do, and the way you are treated by upper management is NOT worth the crap money you get!! !!!
