I have a load of old pillows, sheets, towels etc they are a bit grubby is there anywhere I can hand them into that might need them ie shelter, animal rescue place. I have 3 old pillows and not sure if some places take pillows.

It's a good idea. Ring some of the shelters locally and ask.

I think places like clearout.ie will pay you for towels and bed linen if the animal shelters don't want them. I don't think they don't take pillows though. Same for the textile recycling banks - no pillows or duvets.

I had old duvets, pillows and other textiles to get rid of and the DSPCA didn't want them but I offered them on Freetrade and Freecycle and got lots of requests.
