Computer rooms open over the christmas?

The Library has announced that all study spaces, including the 24 hour computer room, will be closed from 23rd December - 2nd January due to health and safety constraints. However, we have negotiated the following opening hours in Regent house for those wishing to study over the Christmas period

Does this include the Hamilton computer rooms? I had plans to go in on the 27th. I do most of my typing in college :(

You could probably access LG36 which has a keypad entry or the ICT huts with swipe access.

Could you not just use your student card to entry the hamilton building?

Laser huts and Hamilton should still be available 24/7 by swipe access. I'd like to know what is meant by "health and safety", though; where did you see this notice?

See the library website and SU email.

Health and safety concerns = we can't be bovd to clean the 24hr

I would have assumed that health and safety would mean a lack of staff (eg security and cleaners).
