our local Centra has the product advertised on the window, but none available on the shelf. I asked them and they said they didn't sell it in that shop

Referring that case to the NCA appears warranted to me. Advertising a special offer that they were never going to stock!

Some Centras have limited what you can buy - 2 locals ones - one limited to 2 per customer other was 4 per customer.

I was in about an hour ago and there was none. They were doing a deal on yogurts though. Buy six pots and get two few. Full shelf as well.

I just opened a tin of pineapple pieces but didnt finsh them all. Do you know if they keep in the fridge and if so for how long?

the offer was posted here last week and would have finished on 10-11-2011

if someone is able to still get it, then well done, but the offer is effectively over

it is advertised on the leaflets which come through the door, or else check www.centra.ie for weekly offers

and centra does the best value weekly offer (often time beating the supervalu offers) so definately worth checking their site weekly

put the pineapple in a bowl, put clingfilm over it and would be good for a couple of days

alternatively, you can freeze it and put it on your pizza :D

Happens from time to time in my local Centra, as well. Always have to ask for a receipt as they don't, otherwise, offer one.
