Can i challenge the validity of my mortgage because i suspect no contract exists?

Also how could i get the bank to prove a contract exists?

You mean you hope the mortgage contract went missing?

Phone the bank up and ask for a copy of the contract.

I dont believe is exists at all under contract law.

Phoning them up will not achieve much but hearsay

contact a solicitor. this contract law people are talking about is rubbish. they also show no basis that it can be used here. usually links to laws in the US or random countries which arent applicable here.

Don't you remember signing it? Or is this another freeman delusion?

Go talk to a legal expert. And don't re-start threads on closed (and irrelevant to the remit this forum - read the charter!) topics.
