what is that mean? how can you copyright making wooden frames

maybe the idea that it is looking like the river, 'cos wanky shape

Copyright does not mean trademarked. While you cannot copy the persons art work, it's certainly not a trademark-able or protect-able.

In other words you can make mirrors with wooden frames that have similarities to a river layout, once it is not passing yourself off as that particular artist or using the exact same designs / processes to replicate her results.
