well here it is lads i had a lad down with me today he is on here in boards thats how i met him very nice fella i must say he has a 308 bruno same make as me own, and half way through the stalk started talking bout jobs then he said he is stationed in dublin i said staioned i thaught firestation he said garurds i nearly let me gun fall lol lol ha ha ha with such a fright i had to think had i every thing up to date an i did exept tax on jeep out 3 days he didnt see that lol lol lol :rolleyes: but how ever we started off stalk seen and heard 5 lovely llittle does tryied to get in on them no luck cause bloody does kept on bleeping to warn each other so very hard to get going then so we carried on up a lane way next min big stag poped out by the time we got to the ground he was gone on with him self but lads thats deer stalking lads

hell of nice fella i wont say his name on here cause that would not be right for me to say i think but i will be getting him down again hope fully better luck next time

there is no big deal with it lad most of my other friends are in the force all bang on lads just when he said we were in the middle of our stalk i had to think had i everything going right like in the right postion for gun and so on thats all im saying fella nothing else and also its nice to show the lads in blue that there is RESPONSIBLE shooters out there

i actually did say to him are you locked and loaded and the two of us started laughing
then when he was going i said licence and registration lol lol lol
but it was nice we showed each other we can handle our guns and shared some knowledge as well i ust say was pretty cool

I remember being out for a shot with Dad years ago. We were using a CZ .22 he had just got and someone called the Gardai on us. No bother we were on my uncles land and had permission etc.
Funny thing, Dad was a Garda and the lad that came out to check on us is a great shooting buddy of his.
