    I think he had a nice little double on Barca and Ms Britton. If barca lost his bet was goosed. He eluded to as much on RTE after the race on Sunday

    Jerry is a big FC Barcelona fan and has been a season ticket holder at the Camp Nou for many years, so 'El Derbi' would have been a big deal for him.

    Paddy power were very slow to give out prices on the cross country. They were going 4/1 Fionnuala, to a max of 20 euro (wimps) :rolleyes:, we were given 5/4 for anything we wanted to put on over 20, so left it off. So gerry either recieved favourable treatment from paddy's (normally reserved for losing gamblers) or he hadn't backed her. Didnt see odds with any other bookie.
