    But if you are serious then your talking about yellow lime scale which looks like rust, for this you can get bottle of lime scale remover in any supermarket.

    If your talking about rust on the seat hinges and brackets if made of metal then there is not much you can do except when replacing the seat get ones with plastic fittings.
