    just wondering if anyone could share some light on the capetown convention for me? any help would be appreciated!

    A treaty on recognising secured interests (i.e. mortgages and charges) over aircraft and aircraft parts. The registry for the convention is actually based in Dublin so the Irish High Court has certain functions under the convention. Important in the area of aircraft leasing which is a nice niche area to get into.
