Tails 'n' Trails are going to be in Lough Key Forest Park, Boyle, Co. Roscommon tomorrow (Sunday 11th) to help deliver Santa to the visitors centre at 2pm. We are then going for a mush in the forest. All of our club members will be dressed appropriately - Santa or Elf costumes:rolleyes::D It should be some sight, if anyone was around and wanted to come down to see something a bit different.

We're very lucky to have some brilliant photographers in the club. Rebecca Wynne took these. I love the one of the setters, they're really prancing, obviously getting the whole reindeer vibe:D

Brilliant pics! It always does my heart good to see dogs and owners having such fun, they're great ambassadors for dogdom!

Quick question, do you try to run the dogs on muck/grass type surfaces or do they run on concrete/tarmac? I've been trying to avoid running mine on hard surfaces cos I'm paranoid about their pads cracking

We try and avoid tarmac and hard ground, mainly because of possible joint injuries. This was just a short run.

    Lovely pic's, looks great fun.
Mine two would be useless(and too small), they kept jumping on the sled with my daughter in the snow last year, she tried to get them to pull her back up the hill but no way, they'd much rather roll in the snow:p
