Cant get bbc on new combo box

    Hi. I bought a xoro hrc 9000 and i cant tune in the bbc channels. I'm getting channel 4 and utv but cant get bbc. What direction should my dish be facing. I have it at approx 138 se. I tried tuning them manually also but didnt work either. Any help would be great

    And these are definitely satellite channels you're picking up? Is there a terrestrial aerial connected to the box?

    Yeah there is an aerial connected to it also. I'm getting everything like sky news film4 more4 etc etc but cant get bbc for some reason. I've tried astra 2a hotbird eurobird but still cant get it

    What part of the country are you in, do you have UK terrestrial channels?
