I'm aware that there was big debate and uproar regarding the JLC Sunday pay rates among other issues earlier this year, but am i correct in saying there has been no significant changes in the terms as of yet? I have been working in the restaurant industry for a few years now and working Sundays religiously, for no increased pay or favourable working arrangements agreed. It's just another day of the week. By right, should i have been paid an increased wage? Am i able to lodge a complaint/claim for the difference? I'm front of house, so to speak, not in the kitchen.
