How would you answer this question in an interview for business studies teaching job:

What is your opinion on the business studies curriculum?

    Thanks

I'm genuinely not trying to be smart here - but I would (and have done) answer it honestly. If you are a business studies teacher - and I assume you are - you must have some opinions on the cirriculum. If not, I would recommend reviewing it and gaining some opinions.

Again, not trying to be smart but hope this helps.

I am an english and history teacher so I cannot help you, however if you contact the business studies teachers association they may be able to help you.

It's pointless asking other people's opinions, it's yours they want. And if you were to give an opinion that someone posted on here, what are you going to say when the interview panel have a follow up question 'why do you think that?'

Well I trained to be a business studies teacher but for the past few years I have been a special needs teacher but I want to get back into teaching business studies - that's why I asked the question!!! So not trying to be smart - but I have been out of the industry for a little while so that's why I ask

Without knowing the Business Studies curriculum at all -
How does it address recent developments in technology and how they can be used in business?
How does it deal with banks lashing money and mortgages at people who can't pay?
    How will it encourage entrepreneurship?
    etc.
    etc.
