Firebloc firelogs are only €1.10 each in Centra Dunlavin. Don't know if it's in them all. They are fine for starting fire in a hurry. As with all Firelogs I find I have to use a bit of firelighter as well.

Good price - although Bord Na Mona Firestarters are still 99c for a pack of 3 in Tesco..

.. would recommend them over firelogs anyday!

Bought a box of them yesterday, priced at €1 each in our local Centra, seem as good as the Aldi / Lidl ones.

Cant remember where ive seen it, I think it was Superquinn Blackrock as its the only big place ive been in recently, but they have 3 for a 5er. Yours certainly wins.

I know but they're essentially about getting a fire started.

Firelighters are used to start the fire.

Firelogs are used as fuel to keep the fire going.
