Steak sandwich and taco fries are the way to go with them, avoid kebabs at all times.

Burgers are alright too, even sober.

I found a maggot in my Koka noodles a few years ago. Put me off them for, like, a few months. I still have the maggot at home in a pill box. I was going to send it to them with a letter but never got around to it.

Went to abra in Tallaght to give a donation to charity

Total disaster, arrived at 12:40, there was about 6/7 people there all waiting to order. No one seemed to be taking orders, and a woman there was complaining that she was waiting 20mins for a cheeseburger. At 12:50 we were told that anyone looking for a doner kebab would have to wait over an hour!!

That's crazy, did they allow it?

    Should be one per order

I've never seen an Abra so packed at 2PM. Abra, packed, during daylight?! The mind boggles! But happy days, 2 euro kebab, can't go wrong! One chap bought 3 for himself, jeeez!

Unusual find considering they are flame grilled. What's a whopper special?

How much is a doner in Abra normally? $4?

Bastard will have them on ebay for €4 by day's end.

Had 2 earlier today and I don't feel very well now:( It seemed like a good idea at the time. They are normally €5.40.

Note to everyone: Abrakebabra will make you ill unless intoxicated. Even then it will make you ill but your decision of getting Abrakebabra while intoxicated was not your own, it was your p*ssed brain.

    Sober though, youve no excuse.

Got two for lunch today from the one on Westmoreland St.
Place was nearly deserted when we were there around half twelve, although the kebabs were grand. Never understood how the brand can afford to have so many shops, I would never have thought of the place to be earning big bucks.

    Ah well, I'm not complaining.

Nuts in Drumcondra, I got in the door and then they locked it telling everyone no kebabs for an hour.

Yer wan told me it'd take an hour but I said **** I'm a whore for a bargain so I'll wait. She had it out to me in 15mins ;)

    It was epic btw.

I went into abrakebabra in swords pavillions today to avail of the 2 euro childline promotion. When I got to the counter I was told that no more kebabs were to be sold as too many had been sold today. The embarrased assistant told me the manageress had stopped the sale of the kebabs as she had sold too many,I thought this was a promotion with half of the proceeds going to childline they failed miserably.I felt sorry for the assistant having to tell customers of her managers decision.

That's bloody awful to be honest:mad: It was a nice gesture on behalf of Abrakebabra and I'm pretty sure the managers would not have been told to stop the promotion. I hope that it was only a once off in that particular store, I'd hate to think that Childline would lose out because of this kind of carry on:mad:

I mean they advertise it as an 'all day' offer so they should be prepared to deal with the consequences of that. Limit it to 1 per person which is fair enough I think.

Went to Donnybrook at about 10pm and got a kebab each for the four of us, I'm not sure if they were the €5.90 normal kebabs or the €3 mini-kebabs we got but we each managed another one anyway. Great feed for €4 and the wait was only a couple of minutes.
