Can anyone tell me what the fees are for the professional diploma in education in all the NUI colleges? The only one I can find is Galway's.
Also, I'm 24, I already have a masters degree and I am on the part-time dole, am I entiteled to any grants or funding at all??
    Help!

As of this year, from what I can tell:

    UCC - 6,000.00
    NUIM - 6,218.00
TCD (just in case you want it too!) - 5,835.00

I couldn't find a price for the UCD one, sorry! And as you have a Masters already (a higher qualification that the PDE), I don't think you'd be eligible for a grant or BTEA. I don't know much about the latter of those two though, so it might be worth checking.

There are no maintenance grants for postgrad courses from September

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Your fees might be covered. The government have said.
The postgraduate student grant scheme is being scaled back and there will be no maintenance grants for new entrants starting in 2012/13. However, over 2,000 students on the lowest incomes will continue to have their fees paid and another 4,000 students will receive a contribution towards the cost of their fees of €2,000.
