Can anybody advise if it's possible to stay for OVER 24 hours at the Cheeverstown Luas Park and Ride carpark? Heading to Belfast on business and won't be getting train back until late the next day.

Called the company (it's not operated by Luas) but was forwarded to voice message. It states max €4 per day or €2 per 4 hours or part thereof, but doesn't state if you there's a max time limit.

I wouldn't park overnight at Cheeverstown. Tallaght (underground) or Red Cow (more human supervision) would be better.

Talk to Luas customer care. http://www.luas.ie/customer-care/

How about parking in Connolly €7/day? http://irishrail.ie/your_journey/carpark_information.asp

    Connolly Station
    460 including disabled
    Pay & display
    Per Hour - €1.50
    24 hours - €7.00
    Weekend - €18.00
    Operator: Euro Car Parks

    Prices change next week.

Thanks for the tips. May just just leave the car in Sallins and get commuter train. Only €8/wk there (or €2/day)!

Parked my car in Sallins Train station and it was broken into Thursday night, window smashed and radio taken. Lucky to have had comprehensive insurance and got it replaced quickly for free, with great help from AXA insurance and Naas Gardaí. Just letting you know. Euro car parks operates the car park and accept no responsibility for any damage etc.
