Old yugioh cards

I recently started playing MTG, and decided to pull out my old yugioh cards from when I used to play a good few years ago. I'm thinking of selling them, but am wondering what's a good way to price them. I had a look at yugico.com/. Are the prices there accurate enough as retail prices so that I could aim to get x percent based off their prices? Any other sites worth checking out?
