Problems with Blueface?

    Hi all,

    Anyone else having issues with Blueface? I am getting one way audio, call break up intermittently for the last 3 weeks.

    I have tested my broadband line and the quality is excellent.

    Blueface support have given me no info. I think I have to consider an alternative

    Not having any problems with mine. Are you connecting via an ATA or some other way.

    When you say you have tested your broadband. Did you just run a simple speed test or did you also look at jitter packet loss pauses etc.

    A 2Mb upload speed could be 8Mb for 250ms and nothing for 750ms which is useless for voip conversations.
