    Hi,

I've lost all my Credit Union "credentials" so I'm just wondering does anyone know how I can still take money or put money into my account?

Would going down with just a passport suffice?

    cheers

I'd say your passport/driving license and maybe a recent utility bill to prove you are the person at the address your account is registered for. (If you have moved in the meantime - then an older utility/new utility bill). Also if you are a regular - staff would normally recognise you. Good Luck! J
