    this is the story

my foreskin has never retracted normally like it was supposed to, so a few months ago i visited the doc and he gave me some cream and stretching exercises to fix the problem

i did the stretches and used the cream for a few weeks and it worked, i was able to retract fully, but only while flaccid - it wasnt elastic enough yet to retract anymore that half when erect.

so i kept at it and it worked more and more so one night i pulled it back fully when flaccid, kept it there, and while like this i made it become erect to see what would happen

it was fairly painful, the underside turned white as if it was under serious strain and it felt like it was. from what i have looked on Google, i think its called a frendelum? well anyway its the visible tiny piece that connects the tip of the penis to the skin

does anyone know what the problem is here and how it can be fixed preferably without surgery ?
