electric razor recommendations

I'm looking for a recommendation for an electric razor for my husband. We don't have those plug things in the bathroom so it will have to one that he can charge in the bedroom and use then in the bathroom. Preferably one that can be wet or dry.....unless people think that they are really crap! Also what is the difference…
