Any runs/training etc in Limk this week?

    Hi Guys,
    Just moved back to Limk.
    Went to the track tonight and did the fartlek session with ? Dont know his name. Approx 40 runners there. Great stuff!

    does anyone know of any other runs? Or fun training stuff on this week in Limerick?
    Any for of exercise at all really - non contact!

    There's an ongoing series of races from the Boathouse in UL on Thursday nights from 5k through to 10k though I find it very hard to find info on them....I'd say the track meet on Tuesdays is probably the best source of info for this (which I can never get to due to work).

    Not aware of any other group training to be honest.....running is very much a solo activity for me.

    Also, there's a 10 miler on in Caherdavin on St. Stephens Day, there's a thread going on over in the Events section, couple of links in there to other low key road races too

    From last results email - "Thanks to everyone that attended the Winter Run Series at the UL Rowing Club.
