Anyone having problems with UPC & fileserve?

Something strange seems to be happening, I can view the fileserve page no probs. when I add a url to download with IDM, it gives an error, and then I can't view the fileserve.com webpage? using mozilla firfox, if I paste the url into IE it will start download but at 10kb & then fail after a minute or so

my internet went down that night it did for a short period.
the next time I was downloading off FS i think was 2 days later and I haven't had the problem since, strange
