    Hi

Did anyone sit F6 today and what did yous think? I thought it was hard enough, got a bit lost and mixed up in the capital gains q and with the losses in the corp tax q, but hope to have done enough in other q's to get a pass. Plus I was the only one in the exam hall, which was a bit strange....

Thought it was fair enough but I made a complete balls of my time and ended up with 5 minutes at the end with the whole CGT question to do. Rustiness of no exam in 18 months shone through. Hope to scrape the pass too. Got caught out by the year of marriage and reading through the GT looked tougher than usual.

I agree - thought it was very fair but ran out of time - CT question had 5 mins so i just scribbled down some addbacks! thought the CGT question was harder than usual - very worried about passing - long wait to Feb 2012!

I thought overall the paper was ok...Question 1 required alot of work for 25 marks but then Question 4 on Residence was a gift at 15 marks! I thought the CT question was awful, I hadn't really covered group losses just skimmed over it in revision but hope to pass on the other questions....very long wait til Feb!

thought it was tough enough... thought the Vat q was grand, and the residence one... hoping to pass... I went into F7 the next day though and suddenly F6 didn't seem so bad...
