    Hey Guys!

For those of you really into your nail art, does anyone know where I could a small bottle Isoprophyl Rubbing Alcohol? Seen a tutorial on YouTube where the girl uses it to transfer text onto her nails & I really want to replicate it, looks amazing!

Also anyone know where I can buy a nail art dotting tool?

I got some in my local pharmacy, you could probably get it in any chemist

Friend of mine managed this just with Vodka over the weekend, need to really press the print on afterwards though and hold it there. Then topcoat.

Vodka?! Never thought of that actually but I can see the logic behind it! Thanks for that :)

Is that for newspaper nails? Love those :) I looked into this before, you'll get your rubbing alcohol in a chemist but it is, apparently, pretty expensive. (or so said these guys 2 years ago), however my boyfriend buys boxes of isopropyl swabs for 4.45 for 100 in chemists that I am thinking of trying out. I'd say you could use them to soak the paper (they're very wet)

Really cool idea, thanks for sharing op!

I believe that rubbing alcohol is also good as a makeup brush cleaner instead of the likes of mac cleaner. If it's cheap enough I think I'll pick some up. Don't want to waste delish captain morgan on my nails ;)

Its the fact that the paper is wet that makes the ink transfer, think if you touch newspaper with a wet hand, the ink transfers. Iso Prop Alcohol just dries quicker, using water gives the same result..without having to waste alcohol...best of all its free!

I'm pretty sure that's just another name for Surgical Spirits...
