Cental heating not working. I'm freezing! Please help!

    My Baxi Megaflo Boiler is showing E133 fault ( says this is gas supply fault on the door).
    The heating won't come on.
    I turned the selector switch anti-clockwise for 3 seconds to reset the boiler, as was suggested on the door, It seemed to stop and restart again. Then some numbers, 13, 14, 15 came up. After about one minute E133 came up again. The boiler sounds like it's working but the heating is not coming on. Hope you can help. The boiler is less than 2 years old. Thanks.

    E133 is a general flame failure fault, or 'no ignition'

    There can be several reasons, including, no gas available, faulty gas valve, faulty spark electrodes, faulty flame rectification probe, faulty pcb....you will need a good RGI to check for you
