Pre-Exam Extenuating circumstances..

So its study week. I've been sick for past 5 days now. been to doctor once, and more than likely again tomorrow. Either bad virus or nasty infection, makes it extremely hard to study let alone wake up at 7am. I've checked the registry procedure and most of the info isn't clear but seems to be the case that you act on it after the exams.

Being as sick as a dog at the moment (more than likely will persist into exam week), what are my options, as I struggle to get a clear answer from the registry website?

Thanks for any help in advance.
