It will take about 8 days at least to arrive.

Is it too late to order from Apple for Xmas?

My mum is due an upgrade on Vodafone and wanted to get the 4s and give it to me but it will obviously be locked and I won't be able to use it with a different network. Is it easy to unlock it via Jailbreak or am I better off spending 600-700 quid getting an unlocked phone from Apple?:( Thanks

Probably would be touch and go for an unlocked phone from apple they say 1-2 weeks, usually it's just over a week when they say that but that's not during the Christmas rush.

For the sake of 20 euros (the difference between an unlocked and a pay as you go phone) you're better off just going for the unlocked phone from apple.

Cheers but I wasnt planning on paying the PAYG price. I had thought my mum could just give me her upgrade which she would only need to pay 50 quid for. Never expected to have to pay the €699 for the 32GB. But if there is no option I suppose I will have to. I don't want to go on bill pay either way as I don't spend enough to justify 40-50 a month and be stuck with a network for 2 years. Want to go the 3's PAYG deal with the unlimited data but don't want to be in contract with them seeing how poor their service is meant to be. I should've researched this before now as it would be terrible not to have it by Xmas. 700 quid is a huge amount for a phone though - I hope it's worth it :pac:
