Any creative and innovative businesses out there?

    Im doing a project at the moment and i am looking for any suggestions on a business that has to be creative and innovative in order to be successful and keep up and running. I'm not looking for a large global business and obvious choice, like google. I would rather it be an irish business, big or small. If your business is like this, or know of any company like it, please give me some suggestions, bearing in mind i will need to find info about this company and how they implement creativity and innovation. Thanks!

    No offence, but it would be a shorter list if you concentrated on companies that didn't need to be creative and innovative in order to be successful and keep up and running!
