Foglights

    I have a d-max since last March (I think)
The foglights have never worked on it since I bought it on either front or rear.

Here is what I have done so far,
    1. Checked all fuses. All are good
    2. Checked the relays. All are good
    3. Took out the switch and ran a continuity test on the wires coming to the switch. Power is present.
    4. Ran a continuity switch through the switch and got no current.

The switch is faulty I hear you say. I think it must be the problem too, but I do realise some switches will not respond to a continuity test regardless. Also when I switch on both sets of foglights the lights on the dash come on. If the switch was faulty would these come on?
Is the next stage to go searching for an earth somewhere in the system?
    Thanks in advance.

i assume you checked the bulbs and bulb holders, try putting 12v directly to the bulb holder
