They have some personal organisers in Debenhams downstairs in the mens section. There's a stand with various leather-based gifts. They aren't as nice as that one though!
I haven't seen blank journals though.

You could try Daintree Paper on Camden Street (near the Bleeding Horse, opposite side of the road).
