Hi - thinking of going to Ischgl with direct ski - has anyone any experience booking their accommodation on arrival option (sig difference between that and named accom)? Not too worried about the quality of the apartment / hotel but don't want to be in a different village or far from the center? Thanks

611 for 1 week in iscghl isn't too bad, unless the apt is located a few miles down the road

Not great for an apartment IMO (unless you're including flights). We had 4*, half board, pool etc, incl ski pass for €900 IN Ischgl this year.

ya - shoulda said flights and transfers are included
makes it pretty ok as long as the apt is in walking distance of the town
