Questions regarding BTWEA, Qualified Adults and Postgrad Courses

Trying to get my head around a couple of things following the budget (aren't we all?) and trying to work out a couple things.
I am a recent graduate, currently unemployed (despite lots of job and internship applications), but with some ideas to improve my situation.

On the one hand, I have a business idea, with a possibility of capital being provided once I get the business plan finished. On the other, I would love to do a Masters degree as well next September. With the axing of maintenance grants for postgrads the business idea is becoming all the more important so that I can fund my own education, amongst other things.

My OH and I had planned to apply for the Back to Work Education Allowance, in order to give us support while we build it up. It is tourism based, so I imagined myself being able to do my Masters as it coincides with the low season, and the OH could do a bit more with it if necessary. BTW, we do plan to promote it to alternative markets and keep busy enough in the low season. Is it allowed to do a course and get the BTWEA at the same time?

My second question relates to what happens if I lose my entitlement to a payment. As my OH is also on JSA, and we cohabit, would I be regarded as a Qualified Adult that he could claim for if I lost my entitlements in my own right (eg started a full time course)?

Any advice appreciated, just trying my best to find a way off the dole in the long run
