Swype install promblem

Got a message to say current beta had expired so off I went to install the newer version, followed the instructions by removing the installer and app, downloaded the latest installer, logged in , chose the version I wanted it starts to download by after a few minutes comes back with an out of space message, and prompts me to remove some of the apps. I have 40 odd mb of free space on the phone memory

ANyone else have problems???

Checked their site and it's a joke , registration for their forums craps out and large portions of it have been ramdomly up and down since the week end.

BTW, I ended up un-installing and re-installing Swype, the update didn't work and left me with a keyboard with a blank dictionary. Un-install & reinstall worked fine.

I was enjoying using the Swype beta, but after the update there are a few devices that are no longer compatible with it.......Mine included

No joy with that it's 2.2 and above. I'm on 2.1

I have no idea what that bit in bold means, but I do know my Swype does not work anymore

I tried touchpal for a change recently, works pretty well, & is free, but i find the re-entering misspelled words a chore and went back to swype, which works fine for me on 2.3.7, but I think ill give it another go soon, it was kinda slick all the same..
