Hi guys I replaced the injector valve on the burner today its been a bit smoky, when i opened it all up it was very black and dirty.
I cleaned out the baffels and around the injector and also replaced the injector.
Problem is it still wont fire up it had been fireing on and off, we have a tiger loop for the oil the bottle on the loop is now empty so i'm guessing no oil is getting in .
How do i get the tiger loop to fill with oil and any ideas why it wouldnt fire up even when the oil was there

Hope this makes some what sence

When you get it working you should slso get the oil pressure and air settings checked , these could be the reason it has been smokey and so dirty inside
