    Hi,

I ahve no phoneline in the house but I would like to get broadband. The landlord would prefer for us not to install a phoneline.

I use my PC for gaming so I need good speeds. What are the best options in terms of wireless broadband?

    Thanks.

It depends on where you are as to what fixed wireless provider(s) operate in your area.

    I live in Donnybrook.

I just went to www.getbroadband.ie to check what is in the area. Even though they are not wiresless, it says UPC are in the area but I rang them and they're not.

The wireless ones in the area it says are wimax and digiweb. Any opinions on these?

    Thanks.
