Phone line and socket extension

hi lads i need to put a new phone socket in my front room. I need to go around the outside of the house with my extension cable and drill a hole through the wall. . The master socket on the side of the house is very confusing as its wired in a ver odd way.. blue and white to orange, whit to blue, white and orange to green…

Inside the hall, the only two wires connected are white and blue and blue?

what am i supposed to wire outside the house so as to get a line in the other room? can i use normal connectors?
