Hell and Back - training camp

    I got an e-mail today about hell and back 10km training camp that is on the two saturdays before the race (29.01.12) . The link was broken though.

    Anyone know how much it is or how long they last ?

    This is a 6 week (Sat) training camp
    What? 1 hour interval running and core strength class
    Where? Phoenix Park, Dublin
    When? Saturdays 10am (Lasting 6 Weeks) – Starts January 7th
    Who? International athlete and personal trainer, Vinny Mulvey
    How much? 60 Euro paid on 1st day or before
